Refund Policy

Demo Class

Initial class of all the courses will be completely Free to attend and learners are requested to understand the course outline, outcome of the course, meet personal trainer cum mentor and clarify all their doubts regarding the course.

Payment Policy

100% at the time of enrollment of course i.e. after completion of Demo Class. Students can opt of any payment method of their choice i.e. debit card, credit card, cash, etc. After successful completion of payment, invoice will be issued to learners and they can start attending classes regularly as per their batch timings.

Refund Policy

No fees will be refunded after the batch starts under any circumstances. Students are requested to clarify all their doubts at the Demo class before enrolling for the respective course.

Batch Change Policy

Students can opt to change their batch timings in between of their running course by sending email to vertexedtech@gmail.com atleast 4 working days in advance. We cannot guarantee as it will completely depend upon the vacancy in the other batches, instructors’ availability but will try its best to accommodate the student if he/she has genuine concerns related to timing of the batch.

This policy applies to all courses.
